PowerPro Equipment Online Store Policy

Products Sold:
PowerPro Equipment's online store sells residential zero turn mowers from the brands Hustler, Cub Cadet, Exmark, Spartan, Ferris, Scag, and Toro. As well as residential Riding Mowers from the Cub Cadet brand.

Order Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing sales@powerproeq.com or marketing@powerproeq.com. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.

Return Policy:
Once a mower is delivered to the customer, no returns are accepted. All sales are final. Mowers will be fully assembled and have a pre-delivery inspection (PDI) performed before delivery to customers. Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty policy for warranty information.

Customer Eligibility:
Customers must be located within 15 miles of a PowerPro Equipment dealership in order to purchase online. We only deliver to addresses within 15 miles of our dealership locations. Customers must provide valid photo ID and proof of address to the delivery driver at the time of delivery.

Warranty:
All mowers come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the warranty documentation included with your mower or contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty claims or service needed. PowerPro Equipment does not provide any additional warranty beyond the manufacturer's warranty.
