Refund policy

Order Refund Policy:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing sales@powerproequipment.com or marketing@powerproequipment.com. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.

Return Policy:
Once a mower is delivered to the customer, no returns are accepted. All sales are final. Mowers will be fully assembled and have a pre-delivery inspection (PDI) performed before delivery to customers. Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty policy for warranty information.
